Came to order at 8pm finished at 8:48pm

We went over the treasurer report, also informed everyone the total of the amount due to IKF because not showing on report as of yet.

Talked about the 10/8 race being the Club Banquet and a thank you to everyone. We will be doing club trophies however due to funds we will not be doing IKF trophies this year. Tammy will call IKF to see if they are doing any jackets however she is pretty sure there was not enough karters this year that no jackets will be given but she will check.

We are going to invite Cruces as a thank you for the season and coming down to race. Tammy will get a hold of them.

The plan is to have the race from 5 to 8 let Dave know and everyone just races for fun no scorers will be needed. There will be a BBQ and just a nice evening.

The nomination forms were handed out and are due back on 9/17 (race day) and 10/8 will be voting.

The 10/8 will be the meeting also, so there will be no meeting at the end of the month. We will be closing the season on this day.
