Decision 7:30 Meeting called to order.
Tammy recapped the Treasurer Report
Topic brought up regarding volunteers.
Tammy stated after the IKF race and no one stepping up to volunteer that at our next club race if we don't start getting volunteers we won't be able to have a race.
It is not possible for the same people to keep doing everything over and over again.
It was the discussion of the board of how to get people to help out, Tammy thanked Jay and Tim for race directing and flagging at the IKF event.
Charley will be posting something on the forum about asking for help.
Cindy Motioned and Charley 2nd.

Do to past and current events, Tammy put a motion to the club that there will be no longer a tolerance of any kind of verbal abuse. Depending on the situation on or off the track, it will either result in a suspension or a write up to IKF or a possible removal as a club member. The motion was accepted by all.
